Apricot Cherry Pie Slab Homemade flay pie crust with tart cherries and apricots inside, drizzled with vanilla icing. Apricot Crunch An oatmeal crust with a thick layer of apricot jam and more oatmeal crunch on top. Bee Sting The baker’s favorite! A shortbread with sliced almonds and honey on top. Bent Nut Brown sugar shortbread with a chewy peanut nougat and salty cashews. Honey Pecan Crunchy pecans held together with sticky-sweet honey on a shortbread base. Kick Me in the Nuts Brown sugar shortbread with a chewy peanut nougat and salty mixed nuts on top. Lemon Squares Tart and sweet lemon curd filling on a shortbread crust. Lemon Raspberry Crunch Two bars collide! Lemon curd with swirls of raspberry jam and oatmeal crunch topping. Lust Bar A shortbread base coated with homemade caramel, sprinkled with toasted slivered almonds and drizzled with bittersweet chocolate. Nutty Blondie AKA the Debbie Harry. A big, moist, peanutty blondie topped with peanuts and chocolate chips. O.M.G. This is the first thing you’ll say when you bite into this caramel s’more. A graham cracker crust is layered with homemade caramel, marshmallow, and a bittersweet chocolate glaze. Phig Newton Whole dates that have been cooked down with sugar, lemon juice, and spices to make yummy goo that is sandwiched in layers of homemade cookie crust. Raspberry Crunch An oatmeal crust with a thick layer of raspberry jam and more oatmeal crunch on top. Rice Krispie Treat A childhood favorite. Sometimes we mix it up with chocolate and candy. Soccer Mom Our version of the 7 layer bar – graham cracker crust, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, pecans, and lots of sweet, gooey stuff.
