Our bread is handmade on site at our sister store a baked joint and baked daily using organic wheat and a long, naturally leavened fermentation process to bring out the maximum flavor and nutrition out of the grain. No commercial yeast here, we mix by hand the way it’s been done for hundreds of years.

Bread storage tips: Keep out on the counter in its bag. Don’t refrigerate – this will make it get stale. You can freeze – best way to reheat is to sprinkle a little water on the crust and then pop it in the oven / toaster oven.
